Services policy for basic subscription plan INR2000/Month

Scope of Service: This gardening service plan encompasses a total of four scheduled visits from a professional gardener or "Maali" per month, with each visit lasting one hour. Ideally, these visits will be scheduled on a weekly basis to ensure consistent and reliable plant care.

During each visit, the Maali will be responsible for caring for up to 45 plants by providing essential services such as the application of fertilizers/compost, cocopeat, plant hormones, fungicides, watering, pruning, hoeing, and leaf washing as necessary.

To ensure the optimal health and growth of the plants, the application of fertilizers/compost will be tailored to the specific needs of each plant, taking into account the prevailing weather conditions. In general, fertilizers/compost will be applied once a month.

Furthermore, any additional tasks related to the care and maintenance of the plants, such as potting or re-potting, will be included in the scheduled one-hour visit as long as the total number of plants is within the maximum capacity of 45 plants per visit.

Scheduling: We will provide advance notice to the subscriber regarding the scheduled visit. If any changes need to be made to the scheduled visit, the subscriber must inform us at least 24 hours prior to the visit. In the event that the subscriber fails to notify us of any changes prior to the 24-hour deadline, the visit will be considered completed and counted as a visit done. This policy helps us to efficiently manage our resources and ensure that our gardening services are provided in a timely and effective manner.

Access: The subscriber must provide the Maali with access to the property during the scheduled visit. The subscriber must ensure that the Maali has access to the relevant areas required to perform the necessary plant care services. The subscriber must also communicate any relevant access details, such as security codes or keys, in advance of the scheduled visit. Any restrictions on access must be communicated to the Maali prior to the visit. This policy is necessary to ensure that the Maali can perform their duties efficiently and effectively, and to minimize any disruptions to the subscriber's daily routine.

Payment: Our Maali services are available at an hourly rate of INR600/- for one-time visits. However, for clients who subscribe to our monthly service, which includes four one-hour visits per month, the fee is INR2000/-. Clients are required to make payment in advance for the services provided, either through the account provided by our organization or through the UPI ID provided by our company.

Please note that payments made directly to Maali for the services provided will not be considered.

In the event that a subscriber fails to pay the monthly subscription fee by the due date, Maali visits will be halted immediately until the payment is received. This policy helps us to maintain the financial integrity of our organization, while also ensuring that our clients receive high-quality and reliable plant care services.

Communication: We understand that effective communication is essential for maintaining the health and well-being of your plants. If you have any issues or concerns regarding the plant care services provided by the Maali, or if you would like to request the addition of new plants, please do not hesitate to contact us. Liability: Our Maali services are designed to provide high-quality plant care to our clients, but we cannot guarantee the survival of any particular plant. While our Maali team is highly trained and experienced professionals, we cannot be held responsible for any plant deaths that occur after our services are provided. This policy is in place to ensure that our clients understand that gardening is a natural process, and that there are many factors beyond our control that can affect the health and survival of plants. We encourage our clients to communicate with us regarding any concerns or issues that arise with their plants, and we will do our best to provide advice and guidance on how to best care for them. Our goal is to provide the best possible plant care services to our clients, and we appreciate their understanding and cooperation in this regard.
